**Subscription & Membership**
By subscribing to a membership plan, you agree to comply with our terms and policies. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
**Payment & Refund Policy**
- All subscription payments must be made in full before accessing gym services.
- **No refunds** will be issued once payment is processed, including for unused portions of the plan.
- Membership cancellations do not entitle members to refunds.
**EMI Payment Disclaimer**
- If you choose the EMI option, the payment is processed by **Cashfree** or its partnered financial institutions.
- The gym is **not responsible** for any losses, payment failures, disputes, or financial obligations arising from EMI transactions.
- Any concerns related to EMI payments should be addressed directly with **Cashfree** or your financial provider.
**Gym Rules & Conduct**
- Members must follow all gym rules, including safety and hygiene regulations.
- The gym reserves the right to revoke membership for misconduct without refund.
**Limitation of Liability**
The gym shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of facilities, equipment, or services.
**Amendments**
The gym reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
