Refund Policy

**Membership Refunds**
At Elite Fitness, we are committed to providing the best fitness experience. Due to the nature of our membership services, we follow a strict no-refund policy on all membership fees.
However, under special circumstances, a refund or membership transfer may be considered in the following cases:
- Medical Conditions – If a member is unable to continue due to a certified medical condition (doctor’s note required).
- Duplicate Payment – In case of accidental duplicate payments, we will process a refund after verification.
- Note: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and will be subject to management approval.
**Personal Training & Class Packages**
- Unused personal training sessions may be rescheduled but are non-refundable.
- If a trainer becomes unavailable, we will provide a suitable replacement.
**Event & Workshop Refunds**
- Non-refundable, but transferable to another participant.
- If an event is canceled by Elite Fitness, a full refund or credit will be provided.
**How to Request a Refund or Exchange?**
- Email us at elitefitnessnvs@gmail.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and reason for the request.
- Call us at +919924232291 for urgent concerns.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
